They DVCPRO deck can playback DVCPRO, DVCAM, or DV (including mini when you buy the adapter.) So I change the menu steeings and insert the DVcam tape and Bingo no problems. Change the menu settings and insert the full size DV and it looks like there are two generations of video. It's not two there; it's that the speed is playing back wrong or the tape is bad? If you have the adj250 you know what i mean with the playback because if you playback the dvcam and the menu setting is on dvcpro it looks like that. Well ithoroughly confused now i think this is a good time to hit the sack.
